Thanks to the development reached by Forge in the management routine of the forging processes, it has been possible to link the numerical simulation to the programming of the forging machine and of the real manipulator movement.
The sequence, which has been analyzed and virtually optimized, can be directly transferred to production, this obtaining a repeatability and precision that was considered as unreachable for a process always approached as a craftwork.
In the presentation several elements concerning the adopted approach will be shown, as well as real application cases.
